The pang of sadness and disappointment still shoots through me each time we think about it. This is normal, I am sure. But because I want to forget, it bothers me. Most of us try our hardest to do what is right. We just don't succeed every time.
想到被背叛或被傷害的往事，還是強烈的被悲傷和失望衝擊著；既然選擇放手，就要學著忘記，我們盡力想做對的事，但未必都順人意．．

I just wish that forgetting was as easy as forgiving for me, because its hard to forgive completely with that pang of disappointment coming out of no where. But, I am trying and I hope that others will try like I am to forget as well as forgive.
真的希望自己也能忘懷和寬容並重，其實要克服失落和挫折感並不容易，但是我要盡力做到，也期待上帝帶領，當我們原諒別人，也能把整個事件從心裡全然移除．．．

不管這些人是所為何來，又為何出走．．
我相信，總是有個符合邏輯的理由．．
或許，他們的存在讓你活得完整，
讓你明白生命裡的起起落落原來早在上帝的計劃裡．．
我喜歡這樣的解釋．．

When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON,
it is usually to meet a need you have expressed.
They have come to assist you through a difficulty,
to provide you with guidance and support,
to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.
They may seem like a godsend and they are.
They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time,
this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.

Sometimes they die.
Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met,
our desire fulfilled, their work is done.

The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON,
because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.
Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons,
things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation.
Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person,
and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships,
and areas of your life.

LIFE IS SHORT,
BREAK THE RULES,
FORGIVE QUICKLY,
KISS SLOWLY,
LOVE TRULY,
LAUGH UNCONTROLLABLY,
AND NEVER REGRET ANYTHING THAT MADE YOU SMILE.
生命太短暫，有時要捨棄傳統束縛的包袱．．
選擇及時原諒，珍惜擁抱，真誠去愛．．
打破拘謹，開懷大笑．．．
然後，謹記讓你會心微笑的每個片刻．．．

在一場船難中，唯一的生存者隨著潮水，漂流到了一座無人島上。The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited island.


他天天激動地祈禱神救他能夠早日離開此處，回到家鄉。他還每天注視著海上有否可搭救他的人，但卻是除了汪洋一片，什麼也沒有。He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him, and every day he scanned the horizon for help,but none seemed forthcoming.


後來，他決定用那片帶他到小島的木頭造一個簡陋的小木屋以保護他在這險惡的環境中生存，並且保存他所有剩下的東西。 Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect him from the elements, and to store his few possessions.


但有一天，在他捕完食物後，準備回小屋時，突然發現他的小屋竟然陷在熊熊烈火之中，大火引起的濃煙不斷向天上竄。 But then one day, after scavenging for food,he arrived home to find his little hut in flames,the smoke rolling up to the sky.


最悲慘的是：他所有的一切東西，在這一瞬間，通通化為烏有了。悲痛的他，氣憤的對天吶喊著：「神啊！你怎么可以這樣對待我！」頓時，眼淚從他的眼角中流出。The worst had happened; everything was lost. He was stunned with grief and anger."God, how could you do this to me!" he cried.


第二天一早，他被一艘正靠近小島的船隻的鳴笛聲所吵醒。是的，有人來救他了。Early the next day, however, he was awakened by the sound of a ship thatwas approaching the island. It had come to rescue him.


到了船上時，他問那些船員說：「你怎麼知道我在這裡？」"How did you know I was here?" asked the weary man of his rescuers.


「因為我們看到了信號般的濃煙。」他們回答說。"We saw your smoke signal," they replied.

人在碰到困難時，很容易會沮喪。不過，無論受到折磨或者痛苦，都不用因此失去信心，因為上帝一直在我們心裡面做著奇妙的工作。It is easy to get discouraged when things are going bad. But we shouldn't lose heart, because God is at work in our lives, even in the midst of pain and suffering.


記著：當下一次你的小木屋著火時，那可能只是上帝美妙恩典的表徵而已。Remember, next time your little hut is burning to the ground it just maybe a smoke signal that summons the grace of God.


在所有我們所認為負面的事情，上帝都是有正面答案的。For all the negative things we have to say to ourselves, God has a positive answer.

Today before you think of saying an unkind word -
Think of someone who can't speak.
口出惡言之前, 請先思想那些沒有能力說話的人．．

Before you complain about the taste of your food - Think of someone who
has nothing to eat. 挑剔飯菜不好吃之前，請先思想那些餓著肚子的人．．

Before you complain about your husband or wife - Think of someone who's
crying out to God for a companion.　報怨家人之前，請先思想那些孤苦伶仃的人．．

Today before you complain about life - Think of someone who just died.
怨天尤人之前，請先思想那些失去生命的人．．

Before you complain about your children - Think of someone who desires

Before you argue about your dirty house, someone didn't clean or sweep -
Think of the people who are living in the streets.

the same distance.　埋怨長途開車疲憊之前，請先思想那些用著雙腳步行走遠路的人．．．

And when you are tired and complain about your job - Think of the
Unemployed, the disabled and those who wished they had your job.
對工作倦怠時，請先思想那些失業或無法就業的人．．

But before you think of pointing the finger or condemning another -
Remember that not one of us is without sin and we all answer to one
God.　當你出手指責別人之前，請記得世人都曾犯錯愧對上帝．．

And when depressing thoughts seem to get you down -
Put a smile on your face and thank God you're alive and still around.　
面對低潮，請記得還是要微笑感謝上帝，無論如何，至少你還活著．．

Life is a gift.　活著就是上天掉下來的禮物
Thank God for it.　心懷感激
Live it...好好活　
Enjoy it...享受恩典　
Celebrate it...慶幸還活著．．
And fulfill it.　盡量活到最圓滿．．
